Starting at $895
For smaller homes (up to ~2,000 sq. ft.). A classic, clean roofline with professional-grade LEDs. We provide all materials, handle installation, in-season maintenance, and takedown, you just enjoy the glow.
Includes: lights, clips/cords, timer, install, maintenance takedown.
Great for: bungalows, ranches, simple rooflines.
Intermediate
Starting at $1,800
For mid-sized homes (~2,000–3,500 sq. ft.). A brighter, scaled display that highlights rooflines and key architectural features. All materials and full service included from start to finish.
Includes: lights, clips/cords, timer, install, maintenance, takedown.
Great for: 2-story homes, multiple peaks, larger facades.
Advanced
Starting at $5,000
For large homes and estates (3,500+ sq. ft.). A custom, high-end design tailored to your property for a true showcase look — delivered with white-glove service.

Great for: complex rooflines, long runs, grand entries.
